Since I've had the Premium subscription, I simply feel that I'm in good hands. I haven't learned as much as I have in the last 3 days in the last few years. Anja explains all the connections in detail in the videos, which is very enriching for me, as I need to understand exactly why, wherefore and why something is the way it is. She also always provides solutions along the way.
You can generally ask any questions. I feel that I am in good hands all round, have hope again and the feeling that I am in control of my own health and understand my body. I am infinitely happy to be in the premium area ♡

I am now in my 6th month of the Restart program, it is truly amazing how much knowledge is shared with us each month, I have wow experiences every week, I have been through many healers and programs, but the Restart is truly just WOW. 5 out of 5 points! I am always impressed and speechless about all the knowledge. What's more, you're so good at getting it across that I learn so many new things and understand the context. Technically, everything is always flawless and highly professional. The summaries help enormously and it is always clear how to proceed. If you do have any questions, the exchange group is there. I have already booked many courses with Anja Hecht, they were all top! 😊
Except the pseudo fat course has unfortunately brought me nothing, I'm really disappointed and at the price 😚, so I can unfortunately not recommend it.

There was also no telegram group where you could have exchanged, would have been useful.
I felt the 1, time left alone.
Sorry Anja, am otherwise a fan of yours, because everything else has worked great, except for this course.

I have a "normal" vaccination on the program and through the vaccination course I have been encouraged in my decision to postpone the appointment and first to strengthen my immune system and to get my dental infections under control. Anja Hecht has an incredible knowledge of the interaction of the immune system and the hormones in the body. I have got rid of almost all my Hashimoto's symptoms and feel so much better. Various subconsciousness courses have also contributed to my recovery. Great impulses, valuable tips and awareness training using various methods. Here I experience a holistic approach to body and soul in a wonderful, inviting, empathetic and calm way that really appeals to me. Thank you Anja, how you move life towards more lightness and joy!

I recommend Anja Hecht to all Hashimoto's sufferers I know.
I suppressed Hashimoto's for almost 18 years because I trusted the doctors.
I have to take action myself to make my life happy.
Hashimoto's affects my life a lot and I could have spared myself a lot physically.
