Ms. Steiger understands how to maintain the necessary distance in order to proceed objectively and analytically. What inspires me, on the other hand, is the contribution of empathy and closeness, which are prerequisites for trust and openness. I was allowed to get to know Ms. Steiger as part of a job application coaching session. The coaching took place via video. During our conversations there was a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. I felt comfortable at all times! For my personal professional development I take many strengthening words from our coaching sessions. Many thanks for that!

Dear Ms. Steiger, thank you very much for your excellent coaching! After only two sessions, my self-worth and self-awareness has increased many times over. You have this incredible gift of being able to put yourself in the other person's shoes in a very short time (and even via video conference), thereby creating the trusting atmosphere that it takes for your client to open up. In doing so, we were able to completely release my pre-interview nervousness to create a joyful and focused expectation at this point. I forgot to tell you, during the anchor technique, you chose the exact words that I use myself. It made me feel totally picked up by you and your words flowed freely into my subconscious. Chapeau to your intuition and empathy.

A little more than four years ago, I met the STEIGER- in and was allowed to learn from her.
However, I succeeded because I was at the point of life, at which maculature,
repression tactics and fair weather talk were no longer sufficient to shape my life.
In retrospect, I realize that I had lived trapped in old beliefs and a fearful victim mindset.
Anna Katharina Steiger strengthened me to allow myself. Every tear in my work on myself, with her, was and is a jewel. Every liberated laugh a milestone in my development. In the process, I was and am caught by her.
No, I am not bought to write good! It is a matter of the heart for me to say:
