Helps you to become more aware of how much your everyday working life can be influenced by yourself and gives you good strategies for dealing with existing stress a little better and reducing it with easy-to-implement tools. Should be mandatory for everyone in the company to raise awareness of the issue.

For some time now I have been following the anti-stress team on Instagram and on the internet and receive the newsletters. By dealing with the topic and the simple exercises and daily tips for self-testing, my perception has changed. I go through the day more relaxed and am happy when I can focus on what I have learned at the right time and also act on it. As a next step, I signed up for a course. Here I really like the possibility of designing the course myself, I can pause for a moment or read up on things. Let's see how it ends for me ;-)

I was on this podcast as an interviewee and can say the process from preparation to creation were both professional and heartfelt.

There is a lot of emphasis on added value and content and that with a certain ease. Alone that technical literature is queried and provided as a link, I feel as a wonderful quality feature, because it is not only "we chat times" but also "we want to change something for the positive and offer a platform for it".

I can recommend everyone to listen in and leave a subscription, because the impulses are something for everyone.

I'm looking forward especially to the 30.10.2023 because then my heart topic will be broadcast!

I am currently completing my training as a certified mental coach and came across the Anti-Stress-Team in the course of my research for my diploma thesis. I am enthusiastic about the structure of the entire homepage, about the clear, competent and content-related detailed presentation and processing of the topic 🙏 Here, everyone who starts to deal with "anti-stress measures" for the first time can definitely find everything that is helpful and supportive. I also see it as an art this so wide-ranging topic finally so valuable "to break down" that on the one hand sufficient knowledge, methods and ways are included and on the other hand so prepared that these can also be implemented immediately "for anti-stress newcomers".
