Good
The banister towards the cellar was not installed correctly, it is not fixed and wobbles. Various intermediate bars are also loose. Contacted customer service, no one answers the phone, left a message on the machine, received an email that someone would get back to me and no one did.

We received very good advice and support from Mr. Mausbach when planning the purchase of our new steps. He was always available to answer our questions, which made our decision easier. From the digital measurement to the installation, everything went very smoothly. Our wishes were taken into account when making the appointment. (previous renovation of the staircase)
We felt very well looked after and are very satisfied with the result. Good price/performance ratio! Many thanks to the whole team.

Mr. Böhl from arcus did a great job planning our room-saving staircase, he gave us valuable tips for the conversion and was always available to answer any questions we had. The construction of the staircase went very well thanks to the good preparation, the two fitters did a first-class job and left the construction site clean. We have a half-timbered house which we are renovating. We had to make a staircase to measure. And so that we can easily get into the new attic without having to remove beams. Everything worked out wonderfully. We have a great staircase that fits wonderfully into our house. Thank you

Planning in Essen very professional afterwards completely unsatisfactory due to change of contact person. You wait weeks for an answer and at an on-site appointment the right drawings were missing. After that, radio silence again.

We have experienced a great consultation with expertise, patience and customer focus. The stairs and fall protection were adapted to personal needs and circumstances. Suggestions for the design were introduced by the consultants proactively, but not obtrusively. The installation was also professional and reliable. As a result, the staircase fits the style and look of the house, is an "eye-catcher". Qualitatively, it makes a very good impression.

Recommendation
Thank you very much for the installation of a new staircase. After detailed consultation with Mr. Mausbach, our old harp staircase was dismantled and replaced with a new cantilever staircase. The wooden staircase is beautiful to look at and of high quality. We are happy about the new stairs every day and thank the whole team for planning, implementation and installation. We would recommend the company Arcus - Stairs at any time!

Recommendation
We needed a space-saving staircase to the attic. Arcus Stairs gave us the best advice. First, Mrs. Müllermeister came to us and made an overview of the existing conditions. Then an appointment was made in the stair studio, where we could look at the various options on site. From planning to installation, everything was perfect and we are glad that we came across Arcus Stairs through the recommendation of a friend.
