It is really disappointing that some companies sell under the title of "quality" and justify having twice the price of comparable jacuzzis, because they have many years of guarantees and so much smoke and mirrors about their product quality and in the end when this oh so great device, which after all cost 10.000 (note: comparable appliances for 3 people cost between €2,000 and €4,000) now shows peeling in the acrylic coating, which is clearly a quality defect in such a product, then they hide behind the explanation of an optical defect that will not be rectified under warranty.
The Jacuzzi has numerous bubbles in the coating, some 2 cm in diameter, some 10 cm.
After weeks of silence, Armstark blocks this with a simple refusal.
Yes, they are quick to sell!
According to Armstark's response, the highest quality materials are used...ach.... but it can also happen that there is an air pocket (note: in my case over 15 pieces).
At least now the oh-so-great sales and marketing apparatus would have to replace these "individual defects" purely for image reasons and in order to be able to keep up the incense, at least as a gesture of goodwill!
Isn't it embarrassing for you to first talk about how great they are and then agree with me in an email that this can happen?

Only in this case, I not only have twice the price, but also no quality and no corresponding service, which contradicts Armstark's image.
In addition, Armstark is once again just a middleman who makes a lot of money and then hides behind a manufacturer's statement (note: I thought these were Armstark Jacuzzis?).
I'm going to tear out the Jacuzzi and have already found a comparable model at home36.at. I can buy 3 of them and replace them every 5 years.
In my experience, an Armstark Jacuzzi definitely doesn't last any longer!!!
I can only advise everyone not to pay so much, because in the end it's the price that counts, you only see the quality after years or hopefully read some reviews in good time before buying.
Oh well....the one star is for the seller at the time! Well sold!
