It is hardly possible to be more dubious. Instead of providing information, they seem to let customers fall into a trap that leads to the loss of warranty on leased vehicles. It all started with a timely maintenance request for my leased Hyundai. If you google authorized Hyundai workshops, Levy (with a y) in Cologne appears. So I called and explained my request: First maintenance appointment for my leased Hyundai. An oil change was due, I heard after querying the vehicle data. First appointment in Cologne in 8 weeks. Would I also be prepared to drive to Euskirchen? An appointment would be possible here in 5 days. Yesterday I was called and asked to give my chassis number for the parts order. Price approx. 200 EUR. But it could also be cheaper. They would use a cheaper oil. When I arrived in Euskirchen, the service advisor explained to me that they would be happy to carry out the oil change, they just didn't specialize in Hyundai, but in Toyota. I pricked up my ears and asked the right questions. Conclusion: Not an authorized workshop, I was lured to Euskirchen with a short-term appointment promise. The garage almost robbed me of my car warranty. I asked if I still wanted to have the simple oil change done. They would have got the parts specially. Suddenly the mood changed. The service advisor became impertinent and made me look like a fool. I can only warn against Levy. People reading this review should think three times about buying or repairing here. Service is offered here at any price to the detriment of the customer. Please be careful! I wonder what cheap oil they would have put in my vehicle. I don't trust this store. Caution is advised! In the end, three service advisors smiled at me. There was no customer there, which doesn't surprise me.
