So I recently got a jump start from the ADAC because I forgot the light in the car in the evening, the car is running but there are fault messages. Of course Toyota in Düsseldorf Toyota Levy where I had been a customer for a long time, the gentleman on the phone told me that it would of course cost nothing if I came by and they would clear the faults for me. Appointment made. When I arrived at Toyota, the employee told me that it would cost 60 euros and he couldn't do anything. OK, I thought it was a bad cooperation error when communicating with Toyota Levy. Yes, if I'm already here then I'll do it because I don't live nearby and the journey alone costs me 25 km there and back is already something. The staff read out the fault and gave me an invoice for 60 euros, so they didn't do anything but collected the money. Then the gentleman told me to make another appointment and they would do an exact readout test for me and that would cost from 200 euros upwards and I think just for a fault readout with a computer for 200 euros upwards is a lot of money, isn't it? I also asked why they didn't do it straight away, why do I have to make another appointment and waste time again and drive so far back and forth? I'm sorry I said I was here with you last time.
