Purchase of XC 40 was handled professionally, return of old vehicle OK. Defective ignition coil after 4 weeks, drove 100 km for troubleshooting, was agreed and ok. The promised refueling was unfortunately not carried out. 😅Will survive it.

Mr. Vokoja is a first-class salesman who gave great advice without being pushy. I had a very good feeling about the purchase. The formalities of the purchase were also handled to my complete satisfaction. The handover of the vehicle was carried out by Mr. Vokoja with competence and great patience. Even questions that were repeatedly asked were answered patiently and in detail. I would particularly like to mention that Mr. Vokoja always pointed out that we could ask questions at any time, whether on the phone or in person on site. This is simply reassuring. Many thanks again for that. Emails were also answered after hours. As a customer, it's just great to buy a new car with such an employee

We had our first contact with Mr. Jonas Manzato at the beginning of February and found him to be a very competent, extremely friendly and committed advisor.
A few days later we bought a Nissan Qashqai - after Mr. Manzato's reliable callbacks in terms of test drives and also thanks to the professional way in which Mr. Manzato patiently answered our questions in detail.
When I had some questions about the operation AFTER the purchase (which is due to my lack of technical understanding) I was able to come to the dealership on the same day I called and Mr. Manzato took an extraordinary amount of time and explained just as professionally, calmly and friendly as BEFORE the purchase. I have never experienced this before.
So I am even more pleased with my new car because of this extremely positive overall experience.
Mr. Manzato shows how excellent customer service can be from A-Z, it doesn't get any better than this! A big compliment and THANK YOU to this dedicated salesman!
We will recommend him to others!
