We had not actually made a specific appointment and yet the car salesman took a lot of time and advised us very competently and in detail without wanting to "talk us into" anything.
Our wishes were also taken into account and implemented promptly, so that we were able to take delivery of our dream car after only a short time.
We would like to thank the team at the car dealership and would be happy to recommend them to others.

Very good online store. I can only recommend in all areas. Mr. Künne takes excellent care of all issues. Super commitment and reliability. One finds only rarely in Onlineshop.
So when I need something for my car again, only the RENNER Automobile Shop comes into question for me. It does not get better than this!!!!!

I was in Cologne in two Dacia branches because I wanted to have the Easyflex cargo cover for the Dacia Logan MCV.
The first said that it would only be 30 cm high, it goes to the top of the edge 47cm and the second said that it is unfortunately not available. By chance I came across the Renner Shop on the Internet, have emailed there twice with Mr. Künne and had within 5 days exactly what I wanted. THANK YOU! I already know where I will look first with the next purchase. :-) Friendly, fast, good service!!!

I bought my Renault Megane Grandtour Symphony here yesterday. My special thanks go to Mr. Mursch, who has been extremely friendly, courteous and motivated at all times.
An absolutely fair price was agreed upon for the trade-in of my Clio and all promised appointments and details about the vehicle were kept. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a Renault, because here the wishes of the customer are respected and fulfilled.

The employees are very courteous and take time for the consultation and the configuration of the vehicle and try to achieve the optimum for the customer.
The introduction to the new vehicle at pickup, especially in the unfamiliar new on-board computer system was a bit too fast, so that some things could not be comprehended in a short time.
