I find it great to be part of this wonderful team as a coach. My experience is that the interaction with the coachees and between the coaches is appreciative, honest and results-oriented. The paths and results of our coachees are very important to us not only professionally but also as people. I can unreservedly recommend the AVGS Coaching Team Berlin. It was great for me that I was able to get to know the various coaches on the website and immediately make direct contact. The feedback came directly the next day and an appointment to get to know each other was found quickly.

Magdalena Draniewicz accompanied me in the process of professional reorientation.
She has a very open and flexible manner and, above all, she has great enthusiasm. Through very intensive exchange, she quickly grasped my person and my vision better than I did myself.

She gave equal attention and space to the initial creative work, as well as to the elaboration of abilities and potentials, and to the creation of concrete and structurally beneficial plans of action.

Through her emphatic as well as realistic and down-to-earth manner, she has a very comprehensive consulting style. From a situation with many uncertainties and little self-confidence on my part, she created an atmosphere in which I can pursue my heart's project with determination and clarity.

At the beginning, there was the supportive assessment and assistance to find the right coach. This was very helpful.
By choosing Susanne Buckler as my coach, the beginning was easy and the implementation always relaxed. Susanne understood by great sympathy and empathy to accompany me in and through the processes. I always had a feeling of 'being guided through the process as a human being in all its facets.

The coaching support by Ms. Sasa Evert was an unbelievable personal and entrepreneurial gain for me. Through her, I have been able to experience a coaching that has broadened my own horizons by miles. The way Ms. Evert treats her clients is extremely appreciative and empathetic, and she is committed to her client's needs as if it were her own heartfelt concern, which leads to an extremely effective and special way of working. My job coaching with Ms. Sasa Evert via AVGS was the best thing that could have happened to me! She always guided me with her coaching and job expertise, her valuable impulses and her intuition exactly where I was allowed to look more closely, which set incredible changes in motion. At the same time, even in the sometimes difficult inner moments of realization for me, it was such a gentle process with her guidance, no pressure at all! So beautiful, I thank her from the bottom of my heart! With her I got to know myself so much better and deeper, dramatically improved my application skills and in the end landed my dream job!

I experienced a very individual and custom-fit consultation. The coaching recommendations from the AVGS Coaching Team were a good fit for me and my concerns. This was also confirmed in the JobCoaching with the coach. The coaching (and also the handling of the formal things in the background) was professional and totally transparent for me as a coachee. I felt in good hands and found self-confidence and new orientation in my job through the coaching.

Finally, customers can choose their own coach (with other training providers you are often assigned) and you can coach all over Germany thanks to certified online measures. I therefore appreciate the cooperation with the AVGS COACHING TEAM very much! Here, the desire for the best service for the coaching client is really in the foreground and that from the bottom of my heart. We as coaches support each other and thus offer a great swarm knowledge. But it's best for everyone to make their own picture :) Anyway, I am super glad that you guys exist!
