Super service with very good advice - we had the purlins of our outbuilding calculated. In an initial meeting, we clarified the situation together and all open questions were answered and clarified. A week later, we discussed the results again at the final meeting. At the end, we received an email with the most important information and the results of the calculation - everything was very easy to understand 👍 even for non-experts 😉

Project, load test for a roof truss from 1900 for which no plans were available.
Excellent advice and clarification, which was understandable and clear even for a construction layman.
Thanks to Samuel's support, I was able to clarify the load-bearing capacity of my roof truss for a planned photovoltaic system to my satisfaction. Samuel's explanations and his technical expertise convinced me. Thanks to his help, I can implement my project with a clear conscience.

If you are planning a carport, Samuel is your man! The man really knows his stuff and takes his time for you. He explained every step to me without making me feel like a complete idiot.
Planning with him was super relaxed and minimized the stress of the whole building process considerably. Of course, it was a shame that he couldn't lend a hand himself, but that was clear from the start. Still, a small point deduction for that ;)

Conclusion: I would do it again! Samuel knows what he's talking about...

I needed support with a private project. Whereby the planning basis was and should clearly remain with me. Samuel made a very competent and well-prepared impression from the coordination of requirements, scheduling and online consultations.
The basics have now been clarified, now I still have to implement various things. If necessary, I will come back to Samuel at a later date to be able to contribute a little more experience or best practice to my project.
There were some points in the evaluation that I rated as neutral because they were not relevant for me.

I had some concerns about the wood construction and statics of my current wood building project. Fortunately, Samuel from BAUBEAVER was able to help me with his carpentry expertise. Communication via Zoom was swift, professional and personable. Samuel was extremely competent and patient, and his customized solutions were a perfect fit for my project.

I would especially like to highlight the preliminary structural calculations that Samuel performed. They were extremely helpful and gave me the necessary confidence in the stability of my construction. What also impressed me was that these preliminary calculations were significantly cheaper compared to a structural engineer.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Samuel and would seek his help again anytime. His expertise in wood construction and structural engineering is outstanding, and working with him was extremely positive. If you are looking for a professional and personable carpenter on demand to assist you with your wood construction projects, Samuel is top choice!

I was looking for a second opinion on the internet and came across Baubeaver. In our case, it was about a roof fastening that was not satisfactory. Although we come from the Ostwestfalen Lippe area and a site visit with Baubeaver seemed impossible, he gave us such great and competent advice over the phone and is still available to us at any time. He answers quickly and quickly, one feels well advised by him. Without his competence and his explanations, I would have been nowhere near as smart from Google alone. A big thumbs up to Baubeaver for the great advice. It was well worth the investment and great that you continued to be there for us.
Too bad you live so far away and can not mess with our carpenter / roofer.

First of all, thank you for your opinion and description of the project. I was ashamed of myself during the project. What my carpenters - "colleagues" have delivered there was bad. To deliver something like that is really bad. The sad thing about the project: the structural engineer was involved in the mess (... But did not want to give a written warranty for it - aha!).

In any case, I wish you much success and strength in the implementation.

In my case, it was about a half-timbered house that I had already designed on paper, but wanted to have another opinion from an expert. From the very beginning, I was thrilled with how thoroughly and individually Samuel addressed all ambiguities and questions. And I have to emphasize that with every suggestion for improvement, I was left with the choice of whether to adopt the alternative shown or whether to choose a different approach to the solution. Individual steps were not simply worked off bluntly, but with each of these steps it was important to Samuel that I understand this approach, in order to be able to think ahead as independently as possible and to understand even the smallest piece of the puzzle in its entirety. Samuel was not only a great support for my project, I also learned a lot (keyword SketchUp3D) and will be able to implement future projects more easily. By the way, I would like to mention that the communication was very pleasant and informal, but still professional. Thanks a lot Samuel!
