Very negative. For 2 years we have been waiting for a refund for our canopy which had to be removed again because it was not firmly mounted and damage was done to the insulation. For 2 years we have been waiting for our money because even after 3 attempts no improvement has occurred or an alternative canopy could be offered. For this they ignore us and try to simply sit this out.

The fast and uncomplicated help I received from Berger is exemplary. My patio door could no longer be closed. I quickly got an appointment with Berger and within 3 days everything was back in order. An employee made the door workable again within 1/2 hour. Great service. Thank you very much.
