Mr. Olbers from beckconsult contacted us once years ago and then agreed to contact us again when the contract expired to see if he could make us a competitive offer. Almost 2 years later, I received the promised call at the exact time when I was deciding between the existing connection and an upgrade to a new provider. All the solutions on offer are comparable with other providers in terms of both performance and price, and it's the soft facts, such as customer support before and after the contract is signed, that count, and I can recommend beckconsult without reservation.

Rarely have I experienced such competent and, above all, proactive advice and support for all questions and problems in the field of telecommunications. This is all the more pleasing when you have already been through the hell of incompetence, demotivation and arrogance of well-known major providers several times. 5 stars for all criteria? Sounds unrealistic at first, but here I can justify every star!

We have been an Internet and telephone customer for several years and have been very well advised by Beckconsult. Planning, implementation and operation were and are to our complete satisfaction. Since then, we have been using Colt for Internet and telephony and are absolutely delighted with the reliability. We have also been able to reduce our costs significantly by taking this step. It is also important to mention that Beckconsult is always available, even after the contract has been signed. We can therefore give them a 100% recommendation.
