The service is great! Nice, friendly and always ready to help.
Even if you forget to order by 17:30 and then call again directly, there is always someone on the phone to take your order and they are very friendly and not annoyed.
I like to call Beckmann: )
If something goes wrong, they apologize and take care of it immediately.
I also think it's great that you can try a free sample bag.
The selection is very large!
What I also think is great is that the bread rolls are in paper bags and not in plastic bags outside the door.
All in all, I can only say that I am very satisfied with Beckmann's delivery service and am happy to simply open the door on weekdays and find my rolls there ; )

The rolls are probably baked the evening before.
They were already very dry at breakfast.
Service is perfect. The bread roll delivery arrived punctually and reliably.

Everything was okay - unfortunately the bread rolls were not of good quality and everything else as crispy fresh when I get them from the bakery - they should improve on that, also in terms of taste!

That the,,new"contract baker has similarly good quality as Döhne, that was our question, now after tasting, you can say everything is good.
Apart from that, the delivery service always works well and reliably anyway, if you have any queries you always get advice etc.
