As a long-term user of Big Little Things' services (>2 years), I have only good things to say. Their service and support is excellent and with additional services and customer features added regularly they are constantly working to improve the customer experience.

We have had a few unavoidable (courier-related) in-transit issues with packages but the Big Little Things team has been proactive in helping us to resolve the issues so that the recipients didn't even notice. I couldn't ask for more.

I can (and do!) highly recommend Big Little Things for their product offering, support and excellent all-round customer service.
