I have been with Birgit for several years now. I found her or she found me with the topic of narcissism. I felt so seen and understood in her masterclass! I had no idea beforehand what narcissists were all about and what was hidden behind this personality profile. And then I was just amazed......listening, absorbing, taking notes. The AHA effects just came tumbling out. Suddenly I no longer doubted myself, but had the courage to push myself free. Since I really like Birgit's style, her impulsiveness, her decisiveness, her power, her clarity and her commitment to something that is close to your heart, to your passion, your heart's desire, your why, I immediately followed her. I couldn't help but follow her. The mentor I was given was a perfect match for me, and so it became a shoe. What I appreciate so much about her is that she doesn't impose anything on you, she just offers. I can choose what suits me from her portfolio, what is right for me. And there is soooooo much heart in everything: above all heart!!!! And gifts!!! This year's event was incredible, I've already booked again for next year.
I managed to survive 30 years of marriage to a narcissist and the suicide of one of my daughters and start all over again, found happiness in a new partnership, wrote a book and started my own business at over 60. It's been an incredible 12 weeks with highs and lows. I've never dealt with myself so much - sometimes I didn't want to with certain topics ;) - and learned so much about myself. I can recommend the course 100%, as long as you are willing to work on yourself.

You have to experience Birgit and her team to understand it. It's not easy to put it into words. It's best to attend one of her free masterclasses to see if Birgit and her team are a good fit for you. Not everyone fits, but Birit has a way about her that is very appealing - humanly I mean. She is a very grounded woman who has been through a lot and had a lot of experiences. She doesn't sugarcoat anything, she doesn't talk about miracles that just happen. You can do something about it, but if your mindset is right and you let yourself be guided and keep at it, then things will happen that are simply awesome. Whether it's a partnership, career or health - I've learned a lot and now see many things with different eyes. One of my favorite sentences from coaching is "Who knows what it's good for". It's not the WHY that matters, but the WHY. Why did I get involved in coaching with Birgit and her team? I was drawn to it and after 42 years I finally wanted to do something for myself, not always just for others. When I shine, I also make those around me shine. That's my way - to make my surroundings shine. It doesn't always have to be the big things. It is often enough to smile at someone who may not have expected it. A genuine hug without many words is often enough. It's the many little things in life that you can give yourself that make you feel really good and automatically sweep those around you off their feet. I still have a way to go, but thanks to the coaching and the recordings that I can listen to every now and then, I feel very, very well supported. The additional event in Salzburg (Rise Up) was another energy boost, which was wonderful and filled with energy, tears, relief and gratitude. Thank you Birgit and team. You are brilliant. I am always amazed at what Birgit and her team put together 🥰! It was my second time at the event in Salzburg and it was so worth it again!!! It's a good mixture of consciously letting go of the past and seeing yourself in the new. I have known Birgit since the summer of 2022 and have attended numerous masterclasses and learned a lot in the process. The Rise Up event in Salzburg from May 9-11, 2024 was simply amazing. I've already been to a few events, but Birgit surpasses them all. So much knowledge, exercises, warmth and also great show acts. Rise up! Event in Salzburg, May 2024 - An excellent event with a focus on personal development. Where are you now and where do you want to be? What is holding you back and what steps do you need to take to get there? Birgit is extremely authentic, caring and goal- and action-oriented in terms of the participants. Even if her programs are of course also advertised, it is clear that she is serious about getting the participants on their individual path for their own good and that she also cares about them. This process is interrupted by exercises and show interludes. I can highly recommend this event to everyone (including men!) - it's worth every penny!

Even as a man, Birgit's lectures, exercises and experiences are incredibly useful if you get involved. Thank you Birgit and your team!

If you don't feel confident enough to do this on your own, you can get support, but it costs money, but it's great that this is offered.
