I went to the practice in Werne with my son yesterday. I have never experienced such friendly and helpful staff in a doctor's office as I have here. My son and I felt we were in good hands from the very first moment. A lot of emphasis was placed on making you feel comfortable. All staff members were very eager to keep waiting times as short as possible, especially at the registration desk. Everyone was extremely friendly! The subsequent conversation with the doctor was also very emphatic, enlightening and informative.
Please keep up the good work and don't be annoyed by sometimes "nagging" patients, you are a very great team!
This practice gets the gold medal from me for everything, very very friendly staff, incredibly fast burning of CD's, damn clean and friendly practice, and even with special requests always accommodating. Thumbs up times 10
I went for an X-ray follow-up 7 days after my traffic accident and was extremely well advised, examined and, in order to follow up a suspicion, additionally x-rayed by means of CT.
Older images were also used for comparison.
Afterwards all-clear!

I am very satisfied with my mammogram on 5.4.2022! Especially the young blonde physician assistant who performed the mammogram was extremely careful and very nice and friendly. This examination is not exactly pleasant, but yesterday it was really good to endure! Great praise to the practice for such staff!🤗
I got an appointment very quickly. The staff in Bochum at Augusta KH is just super nice, courteous and just great. The conversation with the doctor followed immediately. Clear recommendation 👌🏻

Appointment for MRI lumbar spine on the same day. For MRI hip one week later. Team friendliness, waiting time all note 10 but that you have to wait 12 days for findings is unacceptable.

Whether in front at the registration or afterwards at the treatment, all there are super nice and do not let themselves be stressed by the big rush.
Also something very special, you get very very quickly his appointments and then waits at the appointment itself no longer than a few minutes.
