After a good year, I can definitely see successes from the intensive training. I find it very good that trainer Joshua Roos is continuously my contact person in the team, who knows how to challenge me. The new colleague, Bonita, has also convinced me a lot with her precise checking of attitude and motivation. What I didn't like as much at first was the checking of weight and muscle mass/fat percentage. That got me down to the point that I don't want to do it anymore and it's good that I was able to take that point out of the program. I take the protein amino powder regularly because it just tastes super good as a mix in my morning cereal. The new suits are also great. Although they are very cumbersome to put on (maybe like surf suits such pull straps on the neck and arms would be good?), but it is really very effective workout with it. All in all, I think Bodystreet is good. I would still like to have alternative, static exercises, as I have heard from other EMS workouts.
