Hello,

Dear team at Book and play. I think it's very good that you want to deal with feedback. I don't like the questionnaire at all, as none of the points can really be backed up with concrete actions.

The system with their QR code is very complicated. It can only be operated well from a computer. It doesn't work properly from a phone or iPad. The entry in the calendar in Outlook doesn't work either.

A simple overview including a QR code that you can simply copy and enter into the calendar yourself would be helpful here. The QR code should be attached directly to the e-mail and not have to be determined by complicated systems, sometimes from another device.

Even if you only want to book 1 hour for a certain seat, another hour is automatically booked for a completely different seat! There is obviously a software error. However, this incorrect booking can be deleted before saving. Yours sincerely.
