The organizers are real professionals, they travel especially to inspect the location on site, to plan where catering, kitchen, bar counter, DJ, stage etc... should be set up. They also provide their decorations, as well as tableware, tablecloths, pillows, etc. Of course, you can design the rooms and table decorations to your liking, as I did. But if you can't or don't have the time and energy to do that.... The agency takes care of everything and in doing so, according to all my research, has the best price-quality ratio. Normally, you calculate a budget that ends up being exceeded. We, on the other hand, saved a lot.... I proudly presented the costs for the, according to all guests, "best party ever" to the management.
Let someone copy me now. The bar is now as high as never before, the one who has to organize the next party has a hard job ahead of him!
