Mr. Flottmann advised us very well, responds promptly, always looks for solutions. Why I did not give the stars 100 percent: We once had a caregiver who did not live up to the paid management at all. As a result, we wrote a comprehensive letter of complaint, to which we never received any real feedback. This nurse was then proposed to us a second time months later. Of course, this is not acceptable. But I would like to emphasize that this was an isolated case, everything else is going very well. Many greetings Marlen Schäfer

Mr. Flottmann from Brinkmann Pflegevermittlung is extremely trustworthy, competent and helpful. Due to his very good work, we succeeded in being able to care for my father and also soon my mother at home again. His selection of personnel was excellent and testified not only to his experience in this area of home care, but also to his very good knowledge of human nature. For me as a daughter, it is a very great reassurance to have such a capable and empathetic contact.

We are very satisfied that we have a contact person who is always available and deals with our problems with great empathy and expertise. We now have 1.5 years of experience with the care of our mother. All the ladies who have worked in our home so far have distinguished themselves by devotedly caring for our mother. Also the "trappings" like household, cooking etc. were done by the women to our fullest satisfaction.
