I would recommend Mr. Liampotis because he took his time during the consultation and explained the exact costs, services and procedure for the arrival of a caregiver (3 to 7 days) and the availability of the care agency during the assignment.
With regard to the costs, he explained what can be taken into account by the care insurance fund.

As a family caregiver, I made an enquiry for my brother-in-law.

We are very satisfied because we were able to get a nursing assistant for our mother through Brinkmann in a timely manner.
The carer has now been with us for 3 weeks and is very committed.
The two ladies get on well.
We hope that everything will continue to run smoothly after a change of carer.
Of course, this remains to be seen.

You have a contact person in every situation and at all times (even outside normal office hours). Every time there is a change of carers, they ask if everything has gone satisfactorily. I can really only recommend this agency because my mother and I feel very well looked after and in good hands there.

The Brinkmann care agency gets my unrestricted recommendation. From the beginning, we were looking for a suitable caregiver fully with a lot of empathy, always an open ear and the best possible pick up and advice. Mr. Liampotis has subsequently found for us a great caregiver and thus made my mother and I very happy and grateful. Here, the person to be cared for but also the stressed and overburdened relatives are completely put into focus. We are just very excited about such a great service.
