Dear Sir or Madam, I have rated everything except the price/performance ratio as very good. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio is only sufficient/insufficient. You advertise your products as an investment. I have just returned the delivery for the green hay horse (5.00 euros). 200% surcharge (purchase price 14.95 euros, which is too expensive for me. Then there are 100% shipping costs on top of that. No thanks. 21.90 euros for a 5.00 euro special coin. Unfortunately, there are no alternatives. There are no more commemorative coins at the local banks. And their competitors are similarly priced.

Please do not send so much advertising material unnecessarily. Especially if you are trying to save paper and know the current prices for paper, unsolicited material is very annoying.

i was taken by surprise with the last delivery and sent it back because i didn't order it my dollar collection was probably stopped without notifying me it was finished
