Cardinal Treatment Center is an outpatient treatment center specializing in addiction and relapse prevention in Southern Ohio. CTC prides itself on offering the very best treatment approaches and interventions currently supported by... science & research.

Much of our staff have themselves been through our program – giving us a unique ability to help others battling with addiction in a way few other programs can. Our approach revolves around helping our people served recover and take advantage of opportunities to regain control and prosper.

Cardinal Treatment Center has four locations in Southern Ohio including Portsmouth, Ironton, Chillicothe, and Piketon.

Residential Management
CTC is proud to offer a comprehensive residential program focused on stabilization and recovery designed to support individuals in their journey towards overcoming substance use disorders. Our program emphasizes a holistic, client-centered approach, providing a safe and nurturing environment for detoxification and early recovery stages. We specialize in offering personalized care plans, integrating medical and therapeutic interventions to cater to the unique needs of each client.

Partial Hospitalization
CTC offers a comprehensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) designed for individuals struggling with substance use disorder (SUD). Our program uniquely combines a robust counseling framework, case management, and support services. We aim to facilitate recovery while allowing participants to maintain their employment and integrate treatment into their daily lives.

Intensive Outpatient
CTC offers an innovative Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed for individuals grappling with substance use disorders. Our program stands apart by offering a holistic and comprehensive approach to recovery, combining the convenience of outpatient treatment with the option for the support of transitional housing.
