I came to Carsten via recommendations and can only pass them on!
A very friendly and sympathetic conversation to get to know each other and directly it goes. Carsten takes care of super fast and the customer is definitely in the foreground here. If there are any questions, he gets back to me quickly, appointments can be arranged at short notice, honest advice is given, and everything is taken care of immediately. I feel that my insurance and finances are in very good hands and I am very happy that Carsten has cleared up my insurance chaos and taken it in hand!
