Starting with the consultation and then the execution of the sale, we are 100% satisfied. No question remained unanswered and at all viewing appointments the Corona rules were carefully observed. Accompanying a community of heirs in the real estate sale of their parents' house is certainly not an easy undertaking. Ms. Carstensen handled this task for us at all times with a great deal of professionalism and tact. Thanks to her sovereign, unagitated manner, the sale was completed in an astonishingly short time - despite the Corona crisis. A happy and satisfied feeling remains.
