I have had the great fortune to work a lot with Christian over the last few years. The collaboration was characterized by mutual respect and appreciation. Christian is a top coach with an outstanding mix of expertise and knowledge of human nature. He is authentic and an absolute personality, while also never losing his looseness and humor. Trust is very important to him and the courage to implement. Due to our common, high empathy factor, we also had a lot of fun outside of the coaching. I developed personally through him and was able to apply many things immediately in the team and identify with them. Mr. Bäumer addresses the personal needs and problems of the individual person and provides practical suggestions for solutions. This applies to the workplace, but also to private life. He helped me to look at existing "problems" with a different perspective. It turned out for me that "problem mountains" are in reality only small hills.

In contrast to most other sales coaches, with Christian Bäumer there is a REALLY trusting and, in my opinion, above all individually oriented cooperation. You are not looked at, you are supported and above all you have the feeling that you are allowed to make mistakes. His demeanor can be a bit overwhelming for more reserved people from time to time, but again, he manages to find the right tone and pace in most cases. Was overall a very good time with him. Therefore, a clear recommendation ;)
