Absolutely fast and transparent processing. Regular email updates about the processing progress. Very good service. Interest in real problem solving for the customer unlike competitor and manufacturer companies; who did not want to address the issue in my personal experience. CMC Highly recommended.
Everything was to my satisfaction. I can highly recommend this Apple service center because of the courteous employees. I was helped beyond my request with my MacBook. Once again, I am very impressed with the goodwill shown by Apple!
The battery of my iPhone7 "quickly ran out of air" under load (WLAN, Bluetooth and GPS). After more than 600 charging cycles, a new battery was due. The change was much faster than announced. Thank you!!!
Super work, no damage to the phone. So again like new!! Before buying a new one, I definitely recommend the battery change if the phone has no other damage.

I was positively surprised by the advice, even on a service case. I don't think the detailed updates about the service progress are mandatory, but they give the feeling that work was done on the job. In any case, a positive difference to other service providers. The processing time was even less than the announced waiting time.
I had my iMac because of display flickering (screen was completely white most of the time and only sometimes showed the actual image) on site for analysis and possible subsequent repair.
The error could not be reproduced - they tried for days.
I finally got the iMac back "undone" in perfect condition and with a detailed explanation of what had been done/examined.
And even at home, the error has not occurred since then....
In this respect: Everything is fine - CMC has done what could be done. I was also promised that if the error should occur again in the near future, a repair would still be charged with the analysis fee - also great!
Actually, everything is fine, except for the very long waiting time of about 2 weeks. If you don't have a spare phone at hand, you have a problem.
Otherwise, definitely recommendable!

Advice was good and the staff friendly.
One criticism: I returned my device within the goodwill period of 30 days and they asked me for a goodwill extension for which I had to call Apple Service in Cork, Ireland again.
All agreements and deadlines were met, especially the communication via email or phone call worked flawlessly. I have been advised as a layman in computer issues completely clear and understandable. In the end, I was already sad that my old Mac could no longer be saved because my other (non-Apple) end devices do not fall under CMC's service offer.
