I have always been overweight and tried to lose weight through several crash diets. At some point I came across Coach Cecil on Instagram. His stories convinced me and I thought to myself, "I'll give it a try" and got the maximum principle. I started in March 2022 with 112 kilos. Within half a year I have reached the 89kg. I went from size 48 (XL) to size 42 (M). The last time I wore a dress size like this was maybe 12 years ago 😅

Half a year I keep my weight without gaining. I still have 25 kilograms to go and will just stick to Coach Cecil's tips! ❤️

Oh well, just as an aside. During the maximum principle I did no sports at all, because I had 4 broken vertebrae and 3 times already had surgery on my spine. I had to take opiates to cope with my pain. That was 7-8 pills a day!!! Today my pain is so manageable that I have reduced my medication to 2 pills a day, am able to work again and am even able to do sports again.

I can really recommend the Matrix Principle to everyone. My life has simply changed from the ground up. I left a job that made me stressed and unhappy and now I am self-employed and create my own daily routine.
