To be honest, I wasn't sure at first whether it would really suit me - AI, tech, it all sounded very far away. But the course really picked me up. It was not only understandable, but also human. I had the feeling that there were people there who knew exactly how to make a complex topic accessible. And suddenly AI was no longer a foreign concept, but a tool that I wanted to work with - I've done a lot of training courses, but rarely have I felt so seen. There was no frontal bombardment, no pressure - just a genuine interest in growing as a person, not just as a participant. I learned a lot - professionally, but also about myself and how I can initiate change, and I wanted to finally understand the topic of AI properly - not just from YouTube videos, but in a well-founded, structured way. The course gave me exactly that: Orientation, depth and real application. What I particularly appreciated: It wasn't just knowledge that was imparted, but attitude.I was completely overwhelmed by all the AI hype at the beginning. What is important, what is show? The course helped me to see things more clearly - and also gave me confidence that I can make a contribution in this area. It was challenging, yes, but in a good way. And somehow also very empowering.what I liked was the combination of scientific depth and practical relevance. Nothing was soft-soaped. It was also about ethical questions, about responsibility. That was important to me - and it wasn't just treated as a buzzword here, it was discussed seriously.I hesitated for a long time because I thought: How am I supposed to manage all this alongside my job, family and everyday life? But the course was structured in such a way that I was able to stick with it bit by bit. And I was surprised at how much it helped me - not only in my job, but also in my own thinking. I've never felt so supported in a training course before. No pressure to perform, no higher-faster-further. Instead, there was a genuine interest in what the participants bring to the table. It wasn't just about AI - it was also about attitude, change and what we can contribute ourselves. And that really moved me - I was at a point where I didn't know what to do next professionally. The Code S Academy was like a ray of hope: new perspectives, new tools - but above all: new energy. Not only did I learn a lot professionally, but I also felt like making a difference again. And that's the most valuable thing for me right now. I'll be honest: I've done a lot of training courses before, and I was often disappointed - too superficial, too much hot air. This course was different. No chichi, no buzzword bingo, just substance. And a team that is really approachable and doesn't create distance. That was a real difference for me, and I loved the atmosphere. It wasn't just about specialist knowledge, but about curiosity, about questions, about exchange. I learned a lot, but not just about AI. I also learned about myself, about connections, about possibilities that I hadn't seen before. It wasn't a course, it was a journey.
