Recommendation
We chose Companyon for our grandparents after previously using a competitor's product. However, since both of them are prone to falls and have limited motor skills, we were looking for a suitable product for a long time. Through the chain with fall detection, we now get directly when something happens. Unfortunately, it also came directly to use. We were informed immediately and everything worked great. The friendly people from the emergency service notified us directly and we were able to react immediately. This is really a great thing.

I spent some time looking at the available emergency call systems and then quickly decided on Companyon, as the range of services was the most comprehensive for me. I found all the important information on the homepage. In particular, the action plans, with which one can determine what should be initiated if one is not able to do so oneself, the uncomplicated ordering process and the friendly and competent advice from the employees of Companyon, as well as the price/performance ratio, made the decision for Companyon easy for me. I am convinced of the product and can recommend it without reservation.

I am super happy with my Companyon. The delivery took a day longer than planned, but that was the fault of the supplier. Therefore, the small star deduction.
Otherwise, everything runs reliably and the setup was very easy. Fortunately, I have not yet had to set off an alarm, but the feeling that it is there for me is already worth a lot for me and my son! :)
