We recently moved to Halle and used the Internet to find a new insurance broker to take care of our insurance. In the process, we came across the team at Conspectus. We made an initial appointment by phone. Everything was completely uncomplicated and an appointment was quickly arranged. From the very first contact, we felt very well advised and looked after by Mr. and Mrs. Deckert.
We can therefore highly recommend the Conspectus team for insurance and will continue to turn to Mr. and Mrs. Deckert in all insurance matters in the future.

Especially in the event of a claim, it is important to have a contact person. With Conspectus, you are in the best of hands. The Deckert family is there with help and advice, contacts the insurance companies, and so on. Even in the event of a claim (e.g. stolen car), the Conspectus team took care of the time-consuming correspondence with the insurer for us and handled everything necessary. Absolutely and in every way recommendable! Everything according to my wishes and my wallet. You will NOT be talked into anything you don't need. If you have a problem, you call and immediately it goes to the problem solution. Likewise if one has desires, questions oÄ.

If I need or want an insurance, they look for offers for me and I can decide for myself.
Conspectus is not about making money with me as a customer. On the contrary. It's about me being satisfied and not having to pay for overpriced insurance.

Customer satisfaction comes first! And that's exactly what puts Conspectus first in my mind when it comes to insurance issues.

I had rather bad experiences with insurance brokers in the past - my impression was always that they were mainly concerned with quick deals and grabbing commissions.

With Mr. and Mrs. Deckert from Conspectus, on the other hand, I felt very well advised. They took a lot of time for my questions and wishes, comprehensively sounded out the market for me and recommended suitable products. I never had the impression that it was all about the deal, but rather felt well and competently advised in making decisions that were not unimportant. I was able to calmly consider the offers made, clarify open questions promptly and voluntarily take out the desired insurance policies without any pressure. Ms. Deckert also made individual inquiries with an insurance company for me in a timely manner in order to further improve the contract for me.

I can highly recommend Conspectus for the topic of insurance and will continue to rely on the expertise of Mr. and Mrs. Deckert for all questions on the topic in the future.
