I can only recommend Dana's human and deeply empathetic manner.
The Danachblog is a community of wonderful people who have lost their favorite person in very different ways.
There are tips, humanity and a lot of understanding in every way.
You don't have to explain yourself and you are supported.
Dana gives courage, inspiration, understanding and a wealth of knowledge in every respect.
The weekly newsletter has made me curious about the community and has always been like a little ray of hope during this difficult time.

Dana Heidrich has created a community in which widows with all their issues, questions, problems and small joys meet with understanding, loving acceptance and support. Old friends, even family members, are often distant or incomprehensible. Other widows, on the other hand, know everything (not everyone, but enough of them). In the group (with diverse professional backgrounds), every topic is discussed with experience and goodwill, and sometimes unconventional solutions are found. Emotions on a rollercoaster? We understand and support you. Paperwork and offices are annoying? Someone has already successfully gone down this path. Plus: In addition to group calls and very active chats, there are 1:1 consultation hours. Very efficient on the way to life 2.0. Thank you, Dana!

I made a conscious decision to join this community because I wanted to look to the future. A traditional bereavement group doesn't help me in the long term. That was my impression. I don't want to remain stuck in my grief. Of course, you can't move on well without working through your grief. Where would I be in better hands than in a community of women who have all lost their partners - by whatever means. I don't have to explain or justify anything here because everyone is experiencing and feeling the same. That is quite empowering. I am very happy to have decided to join Spätsommerflimmern. Dana is also a very empathetic, smart and warm person. She is flexible and adapts the program to the needs of the community members. This is not a "standard-0815-thing"... Great.

This community is one of the most important and valuable experiences I have had in this terrible, unbelievable life situation. I can't and don't want to imagine where I would be today, 14 months later, if I hadn't found this community.
The grief retreat in Cyprus in October 2024 showed me that my life has a future, albeit a different one, but beautiful in a different way. Accepting life takes time and doesn't always go straight up the stairs, you sometimes fall down a few steps. You are supported here and that does you good.
The exchange with people who have experienced the same thing is so important and balm for the maltreated soul, but also the mutual understanding and encouragement in difficult, unknown situations, now and here alone without a partner.
All in all, this community is like a therapy that adapts to the respective situation of personal grief and Dana is the good core of it. 🌈

My personal experience was consistently positive, Dana took me by the hand in my worst times, the video calls with the community members inspire me and yes, they are also often amusing, you can laugh sometimes alongside all the pain you feel. You get to know new people, each with their own fate and loss, you feel understood and like you belong in this community, the exchange is incredibly good. Dana passes on her own experiences and the expert calls are always instructive and inspiring. I read the Danachblog, it spoke to me and that's how I ended up in this wonderful community, it was the best thing that could have happened to me in this difficult time, thank you dear Dana, you are doing a great job and helping so many people, it's great that you are there ....

Liebe Dana, du schreibst genau wie es ist. Oft wollte ich beim Lesen des Newsletters sagen: Genau, das bin ich. Das habe ich auch so erlebt. Es ist schon verrückt, wenn man erfährt, dass man nicht alleine ist mit seiner Trauer, mit seinen Gefühlen. Der Danachblog ist sehr authentisch, ehrlich und empfehlenswert. Ich bin froh, dass ich ihn gefunden habe 🙂

Mich sprechen vor allem die Warmherzigkeit / Menschenliebe und der verständnisvolle Umgang, sowie die Authentizität der Gedanken im Danachblog an. Es ist wie ein montäglicher aufleuchtender Leuchtturm und ermutigt im Trauerprozess, wo man sich oft allein und verlassen im Dunkeln glaubt.
