I was deeply impressed by the lessons I was able to take away from Team Zorro. Here you not only get the nuanced, authentic feedback from the horses, but also the necessary competent interpretation and concrete recommendations from Ms. Peters.

The farm offers the perfect quiet environment to concentrate fully on the subtle details of communication and interaction. Ms. Peters also attaches great importance to the well-being of both participants and horses.

All in all, an enormous learning effect in a short time, which I am happy to recommend!

The horse coaching with Andrea Peters and Conny Steenblock together with their wonderful four-legged friends and an extremely nice assistant was a wonderful time out in the middle of nature, which brought me many new insights into my strength regulation, communication, goal clarity and mindfulness. The coaching was excellently prepared and I enjoyed it very much. The collaboration with the horses was especially impressive and the feedback from the animals was direct and empathetic.

Throughout the seminar, our physical and emotional well-being was well taken care of. Our seminar room was located near the horses and was equipped with modern technology and a small buffet.

Thank you to Team Zorro! I can highly recommend coaching with you and am already looking forward to coming back myself with my team!

Horse and man - the interaction was impressive. The instructions clear, feedback and explanations convincing. Some long-lasting aha experiences.
Mino and Zorro as equal partners - no coaching at the expense of the animals. The needs of the horses are always taken into account.

Team Zorro has been my regular companion for a year now. Since then I have found myself again more and more, the contact with the horses has brought me decidedly further in my personal development. Andrea Peters is extremely approachable and reflective, but never stiff or theoretical. The immediate experience is in the foreground for Tean Zorro, the theory behind it becomes all the more clear. So whether it's your own team and leadership skills, or a relaxing day in the countryside, this is definitely the place to be. For people without horse affinity or generally have little to do with horses, some tasks and approaches are very abstract, but the explanations help to make them transferable into their own lives. Helpful and pleasant atmosphere throughout the seminar!

A special and very interesting experience both for us as a team, as well as for each of us individually. The immediate reflection of the horses was impressive, the discussion afterwards very informative. But also just being close to these beautiful and very well cared for animals is a great experience. There is also a big plus point for the great catering and the competent, loving treatment of us and all the four-legged friends present by Mrs. Peters and Mrs. Steenblock.

We were very well looked after during the coaching from the very beginning. The daily schedule was well structured and timed so that there was enough time for both the participants and the horses to adjust to the different situations, short evaluations and important breaks. All tasks were explained extensively and the supervision while handling the horses was very professional. A very interesting and rewarding day.

Only after a visit is it possible to really guess how you yourself affect your environment. Super exciting and helpful experience, which helps you to find yourself and to explain the reactions of your fellow men to your own behavior.
I can recommend it to everyone. Even if you think you know yourself, this coaching is a clear revelation, although it is basically only an impulse for self-reflection. Regular participation can help you to build up self-confidence.

Animals and humans are a well-coordinated team and have an incredible amount of patience.

My very personal thanks go to Mrs. Peters for the loving planning down to the smallest detail. Explaining the world of horses brought many exciting insights. Amazing how sensitive but also directly the horses reacted to moods and emotions of the participants. I was able to gain a lot of experience and was very profoundly "thrilled". A clear recommendation for everyone in these fast-moving times to get feedback for their actions towards others.
