We bought a Ford Focus Cool&Connect here on 18.9.24 in the quality vehicle category. The sales advice from Mr. Stefan Hain was very good. On delivery, there were major problems in other areas. First a loose reversing alarm sensor, which was overlooked despite the inspection. Then, after the handover on the drive home, a non-functioning air conditioning system. Diagnosis: battery defective....there were savings in the wrong place!!! So back to the dealership....I found the lack of cleaning of the car even worse....the dirt inside was covered with care products.....instead of water and cleaner only silicone....the underbody was also totally muddy, I mean that too. The car was specially driven onto a lifting platform to have a look at the mishap from below. And today at home I realize that the wiper blades are worn out....I paid for the inspection out of my own pocket....t leaves a pale aftertaste. It's a shame, because we bought here once before and everything was fine then.... 10 years ago. For my taste, too much red pencil and too much focus on margin....where is the quality claim that was advertised here? The Schweinfurt dealership is clearly underperforming. Thanks to Mr. Hain, who always made a helpful and mediating effort to iron things out. We really appreciated him, and I mean it.
And one more little thing: paying for repairs with a real credit card is mandatory, it's not a debit card. Not being able to do this explicitly because it's too expensive for the dealership is just embarrassing.
