Recommendation
A very good experience. As an online learner, I didn’t often hear other students speaking so missed their information. Would be helpful for teacher to repeat their answers so I could hear what other students said. Also, sometimes teachers were late letting us into the room after class has started . Would like to see improvement in audio so I could hear all of classroom speaking.

The methodology of teaching was at the top and I'm happy I got to learn more while at Deutsch Zentrum Wien. The price is also very affordable. I would recommend Deutsch Zentrum without hesitation.

It was supposed to be an intensive course but it was not. The tutors changed 4 times with no good consistency. Most of the students in the class were not at B2 level.
All in all, I would not recommend anyone to take an intensive course there!

Although the evaluation took place some time ago and the matter was clarified in person at the time, we would like to take this opportunity to comment publicly. This applies in particular to anyone who is currently looking for information about our language school.

There were several teacher changes in the course in question due to short-term and at the time unusually frequent absences due to illness. Understandably, this led to limited course continuity and did not meet the standard we strive for.

Since then, we have made targeted improvements to our internal processes to ensure more stable courses. The classification of participants has also been revised. Among other things, our general terms and conditions have been adapted to create clearer and more binding criteria for appropriate course allocation.

We also offer all participants a 100% refund if they are dissatisfied with a course.

Although we cannot undo the experience of that time, we hope that this information will show that we take criticism seriously and are always working to improve our offering.

I had absolutely no knowledge of the German language when I started the course. However, after completing nearly two months of lessons and diligently completing all the homework assigned to me, I am extremely pleased with my progress. The lessons and exercises provided have been incredibly effective, and I now feel confident that I have acquired enough German proficiency to comfortably live in Vienna within just two months of study. I am truly grateful for the quality of instruction I have received, as it has made me significantly more fluent in the language.

I would like to hear more german during the lessons not english and I would like to have more intensive resources such as reading texts. Besides, I would like to also have listening activities and visual images to be shared on screen on the whiteboard. Additionally, I wouldn't like to waste my time by waiting for the teacher to print some worksheets during the lesson and it would be great to talk about something else during the lesson rather than how we slept during the last night . Thanks.

Learning German can sometimes be stressful and confusing but coming to class at Deutschzentrum makes it fun and relaxing to learn the language. I enjoyed coming to class and always looking forward to learn the language. My teacher, Laura is a wonderful, kind and patient, knowledgeable and motivates us to understand the German structure. She presented the methodology with ease and comfort.
Furthermore, the class size is also a plus. It gives us more opportunity to practice and do interaction with others. I will definitely looking forward to keep learning German and recommend your wonderful school to my friends and collegues. My best regards and many thanks!

Since I walked for the first time into the Deutschzentrum I felt that here is my study place. The people, the atmosphere and how everybody is treated together with the warm welcome (fresh tea & water & coffe) makes you feel like into a friend home. I am grateful that until now everything went wonderful regarding the classes and I believe that this nice experience will continue until I will finish with the whole school :)! Thank you so much for everything you do so that we as students feel welcomed and comfortable, like home :)!
