Communication between the initial request and the completion of the work was flawless. The status was always available online, and whenever we had questions, we simply gave them a call. The installation date was met on time and announced well in advance.

Very, very friendly service, fairly quick appointments, and really nice and pleasant installers who came to take measurements and then install the fly screens! They’re on the pricier side, but according to a friend who’s had them installed throughout her entire house for years, the screens seem to last forever—and to me, that’s worth it :-)
So, as far as I’m concerned, I have no complaints!

Appointment times (arrival at home) are specified precisely, so you don’t have to wait around all day for someone; the consultation was friendly and professional; installation went smoothly; and the screens look great—they’re barely noticeable and don’t obstruct the view out the window! (I love the sliding door to the patio.)
I’d definitely do it again!
