We had a caregiver for our parents from Eastern Europe through Pflegefairmittler. The care was largely calm and stable. If any problems arose, the agency was there to help us immediately, whether in the evening, at the weekend or at Christmas. There was always someone available to help with problem solving or language communication problems.

Very satisfied during my mother's care. Responded to my mother's personality and found a suitable caregiver.
Change of carers without any problems.
Regular contact with the caregiver, as far as possible with my mother and with me.
Previously had another provider where the points described above were not a matter of course. Many things only worked there on request.
