I am very glad that I had the chance to take part in this course. The exchange with the coaches and with the other course participants gave me interesting ideas and insights.

The abilty to have a group of like minded professionals together and sharing and learning from one another really amplifies the program and the benefit, rather than the traditional model of one on one. Creating a safe space where folks can vent and share allows you to get to the real issues without having to protect and guard your position is extremely helpful.

After six months in the DWC program, I found myself more able to rise above the noise to truly understand the opportunities and barriers I was facing in my work. I learned as much from hearing my peers work through their challenges as I did from workshopping my own with the group. The diversity of perspectives was such a breath of fresh air and provided critical insight that I needed to solve problems faster. I am grateful for the opportunity!

I absolutely loved this program. It helped me change my mindset and refocus my attention on areas where I can be more effective with my goals. I would definitely reccomend the program to anyone looking to hone their leadership skills or gain self-awareness. It's was also refreshing to share a safe space with peers and gain insight from other professionals who often share very similar struggles and triumphs.
