I had the battery of a MacBook replaced 15 months ago. At first everything looked perfect and the price was very good anyway. But then the battery got very hot very quickly when charging, later the usage time (capacity) dropped extremely, then the battery was no longer charged at all. However, there was no error message from the battery despite the massive error effect, i.e. (also) the monitoring in the battery must have been defective. I complained about this and sent the MacBook in again as requested. Displayengel checked the battery and sent the MacBook back.
Positive: The battery is now working correctly again and has a long runtime, the repair was pleasantly fast (less than 1 week including 2-fold shipping).
Negative: I don't know whether the battery was replaced again or something else was repaired, as I wasn't informed; the return shipment only included my own description of the fault.
Therefore: professional repair. Errors (e.g. defective components) can happen, but are corrected without hesitation. Communication could be improved, but this is obviously of secondary importance: my MacBook is working again. All in all, fast, professional, inexpensive and recommended!

My company cell phone i-Phone XR looked anything but presentable after various crashes from trouser or skirt pockets. I was surprised how quickly the battery was replaced and how quickly the device was back with us. The battery is obviously much better than the original one, because the MacBook's mains-independent operation is much longer than the original delivery. In addition, the computer no longer gets warm at all during operation. I will definitely come back as soon as a battery should be changed again in our house, and much sooner!

In the afternoon at 15.40 a defective notebook sent off, the next morning at 10.20 clock came the message that the device is repaired and already on the way back. All together no 40h, there ALL online service providers can see what. And at a very good price compared to the competition. If I would like to criticize something, then it is the online order itself. It would make sense to have instructions for action after payment.
