This place is a hidden gem! I called first and spoke with Ray who was very friendly and informative. I had a lot of questions and all were thoroughly answered. They had a Sofia 176 in stock that fit my needs and I didn’t want to risk shipping damage so I drove down and picked up direct. I am really glad I found Dollpimp online and so lucky they are local because it’s just about impossible to find a silicone doll store anywhere.

A great overall experience.

Ordered a Fanreal doll with additional customization. The pricing was competitive and my questions were answered quickly.

Shipment tracking was kind of slow and updates took a while. But it seems they don’t have control over that and it is Fedex that handles it so I don’t blame them for that.

I am very satisfied with my new doll. She arrived in excellent condition and I was able to schedule a pickup at my local Fedex store without issue.

Would shop with Dollpimp again in the future
