Mr. Alexander Krautz was on the spot immediately after my call, made a very competent and friendly impression. All information from him was plausible, critical and honest. If I would not take an "acquaintance" of mine as a broker, I would have been happy to work with Mr. Krautz. His expressed selling price was reasonable in my opinion, but possibly I can get a little more for my house.

He did this conscientiously, compiled a comprehensive dossier and made recommendations on what measures could be taken to get the best out of the property.
