It was my first order from ebets. I could have bought the product from other online retailers at the same price - but I thought I would consciously support a company from Austria for once.
However, I was less pleased that I still had to return a print approval in writing in 2025 - even though I had sent the file 1:1 digitally. At a price of around 80 euros, I would have expected more convenience.
Customer service wasn't ideal either: when I sent my print approval to the consultant, I was told that he was currently on vacation. However, I only received this information one or two hours after I had sent my email. After that, it was unclear whether my order would be processed or not. An inquiry to the general address office@ remained unanswered, and the status in the online store was only "in process" for days.
On a positive note, at least the parcel arrived on my doorstep today. Overall, however, I don't think the customer journey is really ideal.
