For me, the coaching was more than just a professional orientation.
It went much deeper into my childhood, which is why it was like a kind of reappraisal for me. I had the great advantage of being coached directly by the managing director, Ms. ter Horst, because she has the longest experience and has successfully introduced many people.

Individual application coaching with personal support
I took advantage of Ms. ter Horst's application coaching and am extremely satisfied. I was impressed by the personal support, especially Ms. ter Horst's knowledge of human nature. She responded individually to me as a person and my particular application situation.
She gave me valuable tips on how to optimize my application. The most important piece of advice was to concentrate on the essentials and only present information relevant to the position - not to follow the motto "The recruiter should find out what he needs himself".
With her wealth of experience, she offers a personal, individual approach. We met both via video conference and on site. In addition, first-class eLearning tools and documents are available for preparation and support.
The photographer who took the application photos deserves special mention. She was not only very nice, but also extremely competent. Her skills helped to ensure that the photos turned out outstanding.

Very personal and in-depth advice. Opened my eyes in terms of application documents and interviews and helped me to change my application skills and myself personally for the better.

I was in a company for 18 years and had no experience at all with application letters. How and where do I apply? What is important and what is not interesting at all? The training, advice and Zoom meetings taught me everything perfectly, and after sending 3 applications I received 3 invitations to interviews. In the end, I was able to choose where I wanted to start my new job. The response to my application was so positive that the companies invited me precisely because I had submitted a very, very good application and CV.
I am very glad that I had enonnects GmbH at my side. In my search for a career change, I took part in a career coaching program at econnects. The coaching follows a holistic approach in which the participant is professionally supported from the exploration of individual skills, needs and expectations through the application process to convincing self-presentation in job interviews. My application documents, which I redesigned with the help of my coach Ms. Ehlert, were well received by potential new employers and opened up exciting career prospects for me. I would therefore like to thank the team at econnects for the great support I have received and I can thoroughly recommend anyone who wants to make a career change to complete a coaching course there! This also applies to anyone interested who does not live in Hamburg or the surrounding area, as the appointments can also take place online.

As of today, I have completed about half of my coaching hours and will wait until the turnaround.... As of today, everything was very professional, well thought out and well organized.... econnects really helped me to recognize my pitfalls in job interviews. I kept unconsciously making the same mistakes in interviews and simply didn't know why, despite many invitations to interviews, I ended up failing. It was very frustrating. Thanks to econnects, I finally realized what was important and how to sell myself properly without feeling like a supplicant.
