It is my pleasure to confirm, that we had excellent experience with Mr Ehret-Weber. For official appraisal of an inherited home in Germany he offered his services for either an itemized bill or a flat rate. We chose the flat rate and were very happy with the flexibility, predicability and punctuality of his execution. His responsiveness to email and availability through WhatsApp made coordination of the different tasks easy for our transatlantic project. He was flexible in scheduling the local inspection. The resulting report is very extensive and professionally executed. And he is a very friendly and nice person to work with.
