Mr. Eidam held a one-day interculture seminar with us on several days. In this seminar, he defined the concept of culture in an innovative way and, right at the beginning, sharpened our awareness of our own cultural imprints and values through a role play. In addition, we worked out various cultural dimensions in the team and discussed them and their effects. I personally liked the innovative structure (no frontal presentation) and the varied teamwork. The topics were exciting and interesting for me almost throughout and I can recommend the seminar to anyone who wants to take a look beyond their own nose! His friendly and relaxed manner created a great seminar atmosphere and he was always able to fill every short gap in time very well with small amusing and interesting hints about behavior in other countries. The feedback from my colleagues on the different days was also consistently positive and the seminar still provides for funny moments in the office (role play) :-)
All in all, a great seminar that showed me very nicely the cultural differences and how to deal with them in general. Absolute recommendation!
