Mr. Eilers is not only a dealer, he has a passion and aligns his offer to it. As manageable as the product selection is, you can be sure that every single instrument is truly hand-selected, tested, cleaned and, if necessary, serviced/repaired.
I consider the price calculation to be fair. One may well say, each instrument is a "Sahneschnittchen". It is not only presented in its data / specs, Mr. Eilers also comments on the character of each instrument individually and recommends suitable accessories, such as the optimal mouthpiece.
If it comes unexpectedly times to a revocation, the purchase of an instrument on the dispatch way is now somewhat difficult, if one lives far away, the contradiction is settled fast and correctly. Mr. Eilers even takes over the postage of the return. I mean, that really wouldn't be necessary, I would have gladly taken it over myself. The trombone I ordered didn't quite fit me, but that's up to me, not Mr. Eilers. I had chosen a L trombone and returned it, now go to a "smaller", which of course I also buy from Mr. Eilers.
My trombone came to me perfectly packed, there is no possibility of damage even with the roughest handling of the package in transit.
All in all, highly recommended, I know of no other comparable offer.
