Nice service to customers

Honestly, I did not even have to lift a finger to have the yacht experience that I did with my family. We wall loved it and it was an amazing and effortless and most enjoyable experience. Goes to tell you how efficient these your team is!!

I wanted to bring my own wine, but was told Elite could get everything. So I requested, paid for and was promised a specific wine but got served something totally different. That is not ok, if you dont have my wine, say so, no problem. But dont sell me a Rolls Royce and deliver me a Toyota.

Second was the food, the way it was presented was really nice, it looked great and I actually think it was great, but.... the food was cold... Everything was cold... You have to figure out a way to serve it hot, its such a waste of good food. I think we threw away more that half of the food because nobody eats cold hamburgers or cold meat. Big disappointment.

Also the reception was strange, I was told to be there 15 minutes before we would leave port. Stood there waiting, nobody came to pick us up. Also after I messaged we were there and were promised that someone would pick us up. We finally decided to find the boat ourselves and went there. Nobody really helped us, we were standing there like idiots until somebody delivered something and opened the gate so we could walk to the boat. Again no warm welcome and we left port more that 15 minutes after we supposed to do.

I complained about this right after the sail, nobody took it serious or provided some solution.

Very unprofessional company, wont rent again here.

The promo videos are misleading

Everything was amazing the whole experience from booking to the actual event. Cezar and chef Arif were incredible. Love love love would recommend to anyone and cannot wait to book again in the future.

We were a group of 4 girls who spent a day on one of their lovely yacht. Best day ever and amazing service from booking to the end of the trip. Would highly recommend!
