enerix Dortmund is one of the few photovoltaic suppliers that also installs modules, inverters and storage systems from German manufacturers, which was very important to us.
The planning and execution was done very carefully, the result is convincing, both on the roof and in the basement and from the solar power yields.
The biggest problem was that the modules had obviously been ordered just before the planned installation date, so that a delivery delay of a few days immediately upset the plan and that we had not been informed of this in time. Later, however, all deadlines were met smoothly.
The general terms and conditions contain some dubious passages and should definitely be revised. However, individual adjustments were possible here.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the service, and contact with the staff was always friendly.

It is true that the electrical installation did not run smoothly for you, as is our own claim - we deeply regret this.
However, it is extremely disappointing to see your one-dimensional presentation and, as a result, your unrealistic assessment, according to which our overall performance is clearly below average. We expressly disagree with this!
You planned a PV system on a new carport to be built. Unfortunately, the dimensions were not implemented according to our specifications, so that in the end the desired output could not be installed without overhang. For this we visited you several times and left a variety of occupancy proposals. At the end came your instruction: no carport, we go on the sloping roof of the house. The fact that the substructure ordered for your carport is still in our warehouse and was never invoiced - never mind. That the planned assembly date had to be postponed several times for health reasons is understandable for 99% of our customers since COVID - even more the majority appreciates our responsible handling of the subject... Within 2 days the generator field was installed without friction and complaints.
The electrical installation was carried out at your site by one of our valued partners, who had demonstrably received a standardized and complete briefing on your project from us. In view of the scope of work, 3 days were planned for the electrical installation anyway. Two additional visits by the team were due to the fact that the battery inverter and its energy management system was not working properly and needed to be replaced by the manufacturer. According to the warranty regulations, we cannot simply take a new device from the warehouse, but have to remove the defective component, send it in and can only re-install the explicit replacement - undoubtedly beyond our control.
Motivated by a largely comparable project, the responsible installer had, contrary to our instructions, merely installed a new sub-distribution board instead of a new meter box in order to save costs. However, this comparable project involved a different network operator, and we would never receive approval for this from you.
Our main mistake was that our partner wanted to reduce your costs and here the comminucation was indeed wrong.
However, as you correctly point out, regardless of the outstanding meter box, your system was running perfectly after installation of the replacement part and you have been benefiting from your new system for several weeks now.
Incidentally, you decided to adjust the agreed payment terms in your favor at the start of the roof work without consulting us, which we cannot understand but have simply accepted up to now. If we see your poor rating based on your limited assessment of the circumstances, how would you rate us if you had installed an operational system with top products for us and we were still in default with a 5-digit amount with you....?
We are deeply convinced that you should adjust your evaluation, which is extremely misleading for third parties, to a realistic level!!!
With kind regards
Team enerix Dortmund-Ruhr
