Tobi Krick really gives his all in his role as coach. Even the framework: He has far exceeded the framework of 2 hours without a demand.
Tobi doesn't just want to sell his thing. He responded so deeply to me as an individual personality that I felt like a queen. I felt his presence very intensely, his inner empathy, even with my sensitive and very personal statements, his help in searching for and finding my own individual and unconventional path.

Everyone has their own journey and their own pace. With the Success Accelerators, Tobi and Stefan have created a community in which exactly that is possible. I signed up to be able to sell better, I got myself. My business is becoming more stable. The first few years of my self-employment were characterized by big fluctuations in sales, but now things are slowly settling down. Thanks to the guys and this great community, I've found my why and my business is developing in a direction I never expected, but which feels so damn good. I have come to stay, in the community and in my business. Thank you Tobi and Stefan, you and the community have played a big part in me facing my demons and embracing them. I so grossly underestimated how important personal growth is for the success of my business. Since I've been growing personally with the success accelerators, my business has been growing too. And of course thanks to Stefan's salad training.

The two of them seem competent and likeable. They have a good dynamic in team teaching and complement each other well. They are not intrusive, take their time and stick to the planned time of 60 minutes for the workshop. They are attentive and see and hear what is going on in the group. Thank you both.

The sales meeting alone before the collaboration provided more clarity. Stefan and Tobi both know exactly what they're doing - it's amazing! Clarity, top energy and always added value from another star is the standard in the success accelerator. The liveclasses with Stefan have given my entire network dynamic a breath of fresh air and boosted it to a whole new level. Tobi's liveclasses always create clarity, whereby his 1:1 calls in particular remain deeply in my memory and have created profound change. The deep and stable feeling of not having to be the best and still be enough has truly taken a ton of sandbag off my shoulders. He offered me a mirror through which I had never seen myself without buttering myself up. It was a true confrontation with what I can and cannot do and what I can already do. It was deeply moving. I am very grateful to both of them!

I can wholeheartedly recommend the workshop, after it I was really motivated again to tackle things that I had been putting off, such as writing a book, planning workshops etc. I continue to do the special breathing exercise regularly, it just works, thank you very much. Tobi and Stefan are also two people of the heart and very authentic and speak from their own experience and the support afterwards is also very attentive. Thank you for everything🙏❤️

I can highly recommend the success accelerators Tobi Krick and Stefan Gebhardt to anyone who wants to really get ahead in business or get off the ground. They are super likeable, can put themselves very well into the respective person and situation and bring it with a lot of knowledge and a little humor extremely understandable. Everyone needs a functioning sales department and a healthy mindset for a well-functioning business. And that's exactly what they offer in their mentoring. They are worth every penny. I attended the workshop "How much are you worth?" at the end of September 2023 and was able to take away some impulses from the program. Stefan and Tobi are super likeable, funny and competent. What I liked most was their authentic demeanor, because they don't come across as pompous and all-knowing, but also chat out of the sewing box and stand by their own shortcomings and personal challenges. You don't feel small, ignorant or stupid, which is very valuable when you think you can't get anything right. What I also really liked was that the set times were kept almost to the minute. The workshop always started on time and ended almost on time. I personally find this very appreciative of those who take the time to participate in the workshop, because everyone's life time is precious and valuable and the success accelerators appreciate that. I can only warmly recommend the two gentlemen. Keep it up!
