Very unprofessional, doesn't respond to inquiries, only pays out third-party money after threatening to issue a reminder notice, and blows a surefire lawsuit: There were three identical lawsuits because the bank had unjustifiably terminated and frozen the accounts of my daughters and my account (N26 likes to do that sometimes...). Before the case came to trial, the bank paid out the credit balances. So it was only about the costs: My daughters (LG) were of course reimbursed the costs. In my case (AG), the judge did not see any urgency (with absolutely the same factual situation) and the lawyer failed to present this sufficiently. Result: I was not only allowed to pay the court costs, but he even insisted on his lawyer's fees... Small damage around 150 euros, but in my opinion very embarrassing, petty behavior. He has earned in the proceedings of my daughters several thousand euros very easily. On this pointed out, he has long explained in writing, why I am wrong and he has done nothing wrong ... because of 150€ ...
Conclusion: not to be recommended! Not professionally, not humanly either.
